Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL) has introduced a limited-run version of its popular midsize sedan – the Honda City Sport Edition – priced at ₹14.89 lakh (ex-showroom). While the powertrain remains unchanged from the regular variant, this new edition brings a fresh and dynamic aesthetic aimed at attracting younger, style-conscious buyers.

What’s New in the Sport Edition?

The standout aspect of the City Sport lies in its visual upgrades. It gets a sportier design package, featuring:

  • All-black interiors with red accents

  • Ambient lighting for a premium in-cabin experience

  • Sporty exterior detailing across the bumpers and side skirts

Mechanically, there are no changes under the hood. The car continues to run on Honda’s reliable 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, producing 119 bhp and 145 Nm of torque. The CVT gearbox, known for its smooth and fuel-efficient performance, remains standard in this edition.
